🔁 Can I return a product if it doesn’t fit my needs?

Yes. You have a 14-day withdrawal right from the day you physically receive your product(s).
No justification or penalty applies, except for return shipping costs.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging.

To ensure fast and reliable delivery, PlanItPower offers several options:

  • delivery to your home;
  • to your workplace;
  • to a parcel pick-up point of your choice;

All orders are carefully packed to ensure product protection and timely delivery.


💸 What are the shipping fees?

Shipping costs range between €4.50 and €13, depending on the delivery method and destination country.
👉 In Belgium and Luxembourg, shipping is free for all orders over €100 (VAT included).


💰 Are prices shown VAT-inclusive?

Yes, all prices displayed on our website include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

Absolutely.

📦 When will my order be shipped?

Orders are typically prepared and dispatched within 48 business hours after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
You’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order ships.


🔍 How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a track & trace email with a direct link.
You can also check your order status through your PlanItPower customer account.


⚠️ What should I do if the product is damaged or incorrect?

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery and include a photo if possible.
We will arrange a replacement or refund after verification.


💳 How long does it take to get a refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, the refund will be processed within 14 days, using the same payment method as your original order.


🚫 Are some products excluded from returns?

Yes. The following items cannot be returned:

  • customized or engraved products,
  • made-to-order items,
  • used or incomplete products.
    However, if a defect is found, we’ll always work toward a fair and fast resolution.
